How to Imbibe, Goddess Style

1. CACAO MYLK (cashew – cacao – coconut oil – date – h20 – Himalayan sea salt) Start your day with a hot chocolate that will spice up your palate, warm your heart and your tummy! I suggest that you gently warm it up on the stove, then pour into your favourite cup, add a dash of nutmeg, and cinnamon! Top tip: only drink half of your Cacao Mylk and save it for tomorrow morning and add to your oats!

2. GREEN (spinach – cucumber – celery – apple – lemon) Add a bit of colour to your morning, keep your metabolism up and mind awake! Drink to your health!

3. CHLORO (spinach – cucumber – celery – ginger) + 100% PURE GINGER SHOT: Spice up your lunch with this soup! Yes, you heard me…. warm up this wonderful vegetable mix on the stove and add 1 tbsp of grounded flaxseeds to add thickness and facilitate bowel movement. Feel free to add an extra ginger shot if you like it extra spicy. Plus, ginger is a great metabolism booster!

4. CASHEW MYLK (cashew – h20 – cinnamon – vanilla – Himalayan sea salt): As the afternoon comes you need a pick me up. It’s Cashew Mylk time! Drink it cold. Keep fatigue at bay and mingle the afternoon away!

5. HAIL MARY (tomato – cucumber – beet – lemon – cayenne pepper) Dinner is usually time for family or yourself. I say it’s the time for soup!!! Gently warm up this magical red blend, pour it into a bowl, add 1 tbsp of grounded flaxseed for thickness, oregano to taste and let your bad thoughts fade away! Sweet Dreams my Goddesses!

6. HOT SHOT, TURMERIC KICK, 100% PURE SPINACH SHOT Add into your juice schedule when you feel like you need a little extra kick!
