How to Imbibe, Goddess Style

I suggest that you gently warm it up on the stove, then pour into your favourite cup, add a dash of nutmeg, and cinnamon! Top tip: only drink half of your Cacao Mylk and save it for tomorrow morning and add to your oats!
2. GREEN (spinach – cucumber – celery – apple – lemon) Add a bit of colour to your morning, keep your metabolism up and mind awake! Drink to your health!
3. CHLORO (spinach – cucumber – celery – ginger) + 100% PURE GINGER SHOT: Spice up your lunch with this soup! Yes, you heard me…. warm up this wonderful vegetable mix on the stove and add 1 tbsp of grounded flaxseeds to add thickness and facilitate bowel movement. Feel free to add an extra ginger shot if you like it extra spicy. Plus, ginger is a great metabolism booster!
