Originally from Rome, I currently live and work in London. I have been passionate about sport from an early age. My career in fitness began with me training in my grandfather’s gym as a professional Judo Player. I then achieved a diploma in Rome, which allowed me to teach aerobics and step. I was so passionate about aerobics that I started to compete on a professional level.
In 2001, I moved to London where I expanded my repertoire. I achieved a YMCA Diploma and started to teach at the best gyms around London. I then discovered Pilates and found that it encompassed all of my knowledge from sports and dance to drama. I studied Mat work with Modern Pilates UK to an advanced level, Reformer with Stott Pilates, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel with Pilates Body Europe and Boot Camp Pilates in Los Angeles with Sebastian Lagree.
As we all know fitness without nutrition can not exist and vice versa. The two need to balance each other to create the perfect harmony, which is a beautiful body! I decided to study nutrition with an American Company that specialises in Metabolic Typing Diet.
I also studied acting and performing arts at Circo a Vapore, a theatre school in Rome. I then moved to directing and gained a Masters in Fine Art at Middlesex University. Part of the degree involved spending time overseas. I gained my overseas experience at Tamassat University in Bangkok where I studied dance of the east and at Gitis University in Moscow, where I specialised in the Michael Ceckhov technique of acting.
My love of sport, expertise in theatre and dance, provided me with the perfect foundation to develop my signature butt-lifting, core-activating and lean muscle building workout method.
I discovered that it is very difficult for busy women to fit exercise into their schedules, which is why I created a method for them. My method targets women’s trouble areas like glutes, legs, abs and arms. Through the use of precise movements with specific equipment, my exercises will chisel muscles to perfection! The best part is that each workout only takes 30-45 minutes. It is the ultimate workout; precise, efficient and time-saving!

Francesca is a fitness writer for a number of different health/ fitness magazines and the author of 5 books: The Goddess Workout, DYI Liquid Food day, Goodness for Goddesses, Pilates in Your Pocket and The Ultimate Pilates Workout. In 2010, she presented her own Fitness show on The Active Channel, SKY TV.
In 2014 she has also launched a Fitness dvd box set, “The Goddess Workout” now available from Amazon or her website.
